Home Mortgage Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our Barstow office. This onsite position plays a vital role in managing and processing loan applications from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Strong customer service and follow-up phone skills are essential for success in this role.

Skills

  3. Proficiency in follow-up and managing phone calls effectively.
  4. Basic knowledge of the home loan process is preferred (training will be provided).

Experience

  1. Previous experience in loan processing, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with mortgage terminology, documentation, and industry practices.
  3. Bilingual abilities are an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers throughout the loan process.
  2. Review and verify loan applications and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Communicate effectively with borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to collect necessary documents.
  4. Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
  5. Provide timely updates to clients and the team regarding loan status.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of loan progress and client interactions.
